Cold Pressed EVOO
Our EVOO is Cold Pressed, which keeps all of the aromas, flavors, and nutritional values when being made. It has a higher nutritive content than olive oil that is made through a heating process.
We create small batch infusions, under 20 ounces at a time, which gives you the benefits of an evenly consistent flavor and taste in every bottle.
Our olives come from a small family farm in California and are a blend of Arbequina and Arbosana olives. All herbal ingredients are dried and infused, while our citrus is infused fresh, to give you the longest shelf life for your oils.
